Conan Chitham
FOUNDER & CHIEF COMMERCIAL
OFFICER
Ex-Partner, Commercial, Mishcon de Reya; Ex-Partner, Intellectual Property & Commercial, Withers Worldwide. Twenty years of in-house experience as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel for a range of international corporations advising Board and C-Suite leaders and leading strategic projects. Conan is responsible for the entire commercial framework of NPV, negotiation, partner and supplier agreements, and for compliance in this heavily regulated sector.
Neil Hughes
FOUNDER & CHIEF BUSINESS
OFFICER
Neil’s role is business development including partner engagement, waste origination and identification of development sites. He comes from a successful career in management consulting across people, corporate structuring, BPO, and succession planning. Neil is responsible for assembling the NPV leadership team, sourcing the technology and its original development team, and engaging the venture's backers, suppliers and partners.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andre Wegner
Senior Chemical Engineer, University of California, Berkeley engineering alumnus, Technical University of Dortmund diploma, designed and built the second test facility in Tongliao, China, and designer of reactors - including gasifiers - since 1992. Extensive engineering & project-management experience including the €10bn mega chip factory in Dresden - now near completion - and as a senior process engineer/project manager at ExxonMobil downstream (refining & petrochemicals).
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Dr H. Eckhard Tischer
TECHNICAL ADVISOR & INVESTOR.
Nuclear Energy Engineering, Power Engineering Institute, Moscow; graduated as Diploma Engineer, 1974. Subsequently worked in power plants and served as Head of the Planning Department at a plant engineering firm. Doctorate awarded by the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, 1990.
The “father” of the GCORE process, and “process champion”; planning and design of the 1st-generation (GCORE) pilot plant in Arnstadt, Germany, and Head of Testing for the facility. Holder of several patents related to this process. Led the further development of the process through to the 4th generation.
Technical design, conceptual planning, and planning management for the 2nd test facility in Tongliao, China (Inner Mongolia).
Kevin Fleming
CHIEF PEOPLE & CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER
Kevin is a seasoned people-centered executive, with global experience and brings deep expertise in building high-performing organizations from within the energy and engineering sectors. With a strong track record across human resources, shared and corporate services, and organizational transformation, he has played critical roles in shaping culture, enabling growth, and aligning people strategies with business objectives in the evolving new energy sector.
Prior to joining the organization, he held senior global leadership roles across multiple industry sectors including Consumer Goods, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles, where he led large-scale workforce strategies, modernized HR infrastructure, and strengthened organizational effectiveness.
Robin Mackie
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Robin will lead oversight of the formation and rollout of NPV’s main operating division, Projects and Operations, within which will sit not only new projects as they come off the drawing board and are built, but our completed and commissioned power stations too. Former CEO / COO of Smith Electric Vehicles and Ideanomics. and long-serving governor and chairman at Gateshead College, Robin is highly regarded in project delivery and management across multiple engineering sectors.
